This is a 3 bed terraced house near Upper Street, Islington.

This bathroom had been carpetted most of it's life. The boards near the w.c. are new. I stained them to approximate the original boards. I filled all the joints between the boards to prevent water ingress. No-one thought this floor would work. Judge for yourself. My customer is ecstatic.
