This is quite a long hallway. Note the boards run from the rooms off the hallway, therefore those particular boards must be sanded and varnished along with the rooms the adjoin, otherwise a tide mark would be seen, due to varnishing at different times.
I have included a shot of age-old paint and primer around the radiator, all of this is part of my job. If it covers a whole room then it would take longer and a price adjustment would be needed.
